Lucknow: In a progressive step towards women’s empowerment and skill development under the fifth phase of Mission Shakti, the Department of Commerce, in collaboration with the Institute of Women’s Studies, University of Lucknow, hosted a special workshop on the theme “Skill Development in Entrepreneurship”.
